What is the Priority Reservation Program?
The Priority Reservation Program is designed to prioritize the selection opportunity by financial commitment, date and
time to insure that each serious reservation holder has the best opportunity to purchase the specific home they desire.
Premier Reservations Premier Reservations Holders reserve the First Right of Purchase for a specific home. Therefore,
ONLY TWO Premier Reservations will be taken for each individual home. The following will need to be received to make a
Premier Reservation:
- Completed Reservation Certificate & Public Report Receipt
- A FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 5% of the home's list price
- Proof of qualification
Premier Reservation Holders will be sent a sales contract prior to the Premier Sales Offer Time. Those with Second
Right of Purchase will be given the opportunity to purchase only if the person holding First Right does not enter
into an agreement by the Developer's Offering Date.
After each Premier Reservation Holder has had the opportunity to submit an offer on their reserved home, those that
did not purchase will be given an opportunity to enter into a contract for one of the remaining available homes offered.
Priority will be given based on the date and time the Premier Reservation Agreement was entered into.
