From initial concept to finish details, the Stonegate team is working to ensure ultimate satisfaction.
Stonegate's principal architect is Elliott F. Brainard. Mr. Brainard worked with production architects, Jeffrey
Lundahl & Associates, to create construction designs for the project. Lundahl & Associates have worked on projects
diverse in locale, type and style, with outstanding and consistent quality of design.
Stonegate's contractor, Krump construction has a portfolio of projects which include Hyatt Resort Properties in Lake
Tahoe. Krump's skill, integrity and professionalism have made them a leading firm in Northern Nevada and Eastern California
construction for more than three decades.
Last but not least, the Stonegate difference is in the details. Master craftsman and site manager Alan Preschutti oversees
the construction and finish detail with a perfectionist's eye. He has 18 years of experience as a General Contractor and
is a recognized leader in his profession.
The two floor plan options combine alpine style with modern functionality and clever use of space.

The Lodge, the four-bedroom model, is 3400 square feet. Both
The Cabin and The Lodge
include in their plans a loft, a great room and a den along with a two-car garage.
